Coverage depends on individual plans and benefits. Being an in-network provider is not a guarantee of coverage. Please contact your insurance company to obtain plan/benefit information for nutrition and/or psychotherapy.
Sometimes! We recommend you contact your insurance company and inquire about out-of-network benefits for nutrition and/or psychotherapy.
Yes! Superbills are automatically generated at the end of the month and may be used to submit for out-of-network coverage/benefits with your insurance plan. The Intuitive Eating Center will not submit out-of-network claims on the clients behalf. This is the responsibility of the client.
Initial assessment sessions are $185 and follow-up sessions are $160
YES! We accept all FSA and HSA cards.
All sessions canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled sessions time will be charged the full sessions cost. This includes insurance clients.
Dietitian Erick Lewis sees clients age 15 and up when they have an eating disorder therapist in place.
To comply with Ohio licensure laws you will physically need to be in the state of Ohio during all sessions.
